Terms of service

General guidelines:
I have all of the rights to refuse a commission
If you reach out for a commission you are expected to confirm within a week, you will be dropped after 2 weeks of unresponsiveness.
You must credit me if you decide to post the work by including links to my account or work.
Payment
Payment can be given completely upfront or half before starting and half before receiving the product.
Payment on Paypal in either Euro or USD.
Payment through Paypal invoice only
Usage
The use of my work for AI training is strictly prohibited.
Commissions will have a visible watermark in the corner, said watermark cannot be removed unless a fee is paid.
As the person producing the art I retain all of the rights to the work produced which include: distribution, using as a sample etc

I will gladly accept references
I will not draw characters whose owner did not provide explicit consent for their usage in commissions, in that case I will need a screenshot to prove they did

Refunds and Canceling
I will provide a full refund if I am unable to complete the commission
Refunds will only be provided in full before I finish the concept sketch.
If you cancel during the work process, you will be refunded proportionally to the progress.
If you decide to cancel after I finish my work, there will not be any refund.
Revisions
I will provide up to 2 free revisions depending on the complexity of the full drawing or stage of request.
The cost of a revision is listed with the prices.
Process
After the first payment I will start working on the sketch.
I will provide progression shots at important stages of work and I will also provide them upon request.
I will give an approximated deadline per when the commission will be finished and provide updates on it.
